Customer service was very detailed as to what preventive replacement was needed for transmission. Very overpriced. It the cost for parts is $600 how can the labor be the same price. At the same time, location is charging close to 18% in sales tax and another 3.5% for credit card fee. I inquired about why sales tax was so high to which cashier laugh. Also, as a business most credit card fees charged to vendor are 1.5-2%; it doesn’t look like a fair business practice to make place the burden on the customer and make a profit out of a processing fee.
