This was the worst visit to a dealership that I have ever had!! They replaced my front struts mid-March and ever since then I have a grinding sound in the steering wheel along with clicks and knocks undernea had!! They replaced my front struts mid-March and ever since then I have a grinding sound in the steering wheel along with clicks and knocks underneath the vehicle when turning and/ or braking. These are all new!! When I arrived to have this evaluated, I was told the wait would be 2 hours. 4 1/2 hours later I was handed the keys to my car with no discussion of what the evaluation really involved. I asked for a printout of the explanation of what was done and there was no description, only the listing of two minor parts that were installed for god knows what reason. Never again. More
