I was traveling from out of town and needed an oil change, and wanted to get it from a Nissan Dealer, but couldn't find a dealership with availability to schedule an appointment. And that's where STAR change, and wanted to get it from a Nissan Dealer, but couldn't find a dealership with availability to schedule an appointment. And that's where STAR Nissan came to my rescue! I called, explained the situation, and was able to get in immediately. I also learned that my battery did not pass inspection, but it was still under warranty so STAR also replaced that - no problem and no trying to get over on this traveling women. STAR is now my out-of-town go to dealer! KUDOS & THANKS 2 ENTIRE STAR TEAM...especially Robert D. who was directly responsible for saving my day and overall trip. More
