My experience was horrific. I was charged over $1000 to replace front and rear breaks ( plus a NY state inspection ). When I drove home I noted that I had 50 more miles than at the time I dropped the car o replace front and rear breaks ( plus a NY state inspection ). Yes I expected 5 maybe 10 more miles because I asked them to check a noise when the car was in operation but 50 more miles? I am considering taking this matter to the better business bureau. Complete rip off. More

The service center at 172 street off of northern Blvd in Queens is the best service center I’ve encountered when having to deal with dealership service centers. I was ripped off yesterday. I will never again come to this place. So 3 months ago and about 3000 miles less than now the tread depth was: LF 6, RF 6, LR 8, RR 8. AFTER just riding 3000 more miles withou this place. So 3 months ago and about 3000 miles less than now the tread depth was: LF 6, RF 6, LR 8, RR 8. AFTER just riding 3000 more miles without changing my driving style and the same weather my tread depth is...LF 2, RF 2, LR 0, RR 3. I WAS ADVISED To replace tires and I have them replaced at the dealership. I found my first multipoint inspection statement after coming home with replaced tires. If I only seen this statement from 3 months ago at the time of inspection yesterday I would never replaced my tires, I would go to another shop for second opinion, because it is very very suspicious that my tires were worn out so quickly!!!! Another ripped off: according to yesterday inspection break lining was 4LF 2, RF 2, LR 6, RR 6 BUT 3000 MILES earlier it was as follows: LF 4, RF 4, LR ...4, RR 4 ??? NOT ONLY WORN OUT SO FAST in a matter of 3000 miles but even got better if you look at the numbers. MIRACLE??? WHEN I CONTACTED nussan they told me that before , during my previous inspection there must have been...mistake...Mistake in measuring brakes? So I had to change rotors and pads for $475. I don't believe that in a matter of only 3000 miles my brakes were worn out so fast. This Nissan shop is a scam ripped off. I will report it on line, hoping that many potential customers will never see this place. More
