Very displeased with the service. Because of Nissan negligence my wife and I were almost killed on 11/6/2021. My car was serviced at Nissan after being there for several weeks to repair/replace some th negligence my wife and I were almost killed on 11/6/2021. My car was serviced at Nissan after being there for several weeks to repair/replace some things that were damaged during the flood. After picking my vehicle. My car radio continues to constantly shut off. This has been addressed to Nissan and to no avail. Secondly I went to the gas station and while fueling my SUV the attendant noticed that all the gas was pouring out from beneath the car. A hose was left unconnected. This is completely unacceptable and very dangerous. I will not continue to lease cars from Nissan in the future. It’s very time consuming and frustrating to continuously have to be going back and forth to get your vehicle serviced and have the same problem. The vehicle is still under warranty and as a paying customer I don’t think we should have to encounter so many inconveniences. Furthermore no compensation. More

I Had Two Things Worked On. They Over Charged Me For An Extra Hour Of Labor That Wasn’t Worked. They Fixed A Horn, The Horn Works But I Was Overcharged. Then I Had Them Look At My Suspension And The Pr Extra Hour Of Labor That Wasn’t Worked. They Fixed A Horn, The Horn Works But I Was Overcharged. Then I Had Them Look At My Suspension And The Problem Still Isn’t Fixed. They Had Me Wait For 7-8 Hours. I Came In At 8:30am and Left 4:30pm. I’ll Never Go Back. Never More
