Had my worst experience at my recent oil change. The adviser had attitude and didn’t looks like she want to be there that day. At last they give me regular oil and not synthetic for $69.99. More

Left my car the morning of September 02, after the September 1st Hurricane Ida flooding, the night before, put 4 inches of water inside my Nissan Pathfinder. Abel said he would call me in the morning to let me know what, if anything was wrong with the car. By 3:30 Friday, the next day, after not hearing from anybody, I called them. Abel said he was waiting for a price on a detailer to clean the carpets. Because the carpet and other parts are now obsolete from Nissan, they were not able to do anything with the car. So for more than 40 hours that car sat without any attempt to remove the water from the carpets and without letting me know what was going on which was nothing. Had I not called them i probably would have had to wait yet another day for them to call me with nothing being done on my car. More
