My front bumper is scraped. It was in perfect condition before bringing it in for service. When they inspected car upon arrival they did not put any damage notes on their form. I did not notice it till the next day when I pulled my car out of the garage. I did not go back and show it to Star as a day had passed and felt they would deny it. Just to be clear Robert, the service representative is always responsive, helpful and respectful.

I now see what the problem is with Star Nissan. I reached out to Diana Ljajcevic as she requested, left a message and NEVER received a return phone call. I will NEVER buy another Nissan nor shop at any Star showrooms! Your customer service stinks!
