When I made the appointment I was told it would be an hour to do the recall on my vehicle. I was there for 3 hours! It would be very helpful if they can give a better time frame of when the work will be hour to do the recall on my vehicle. I was there for 3 hours! The old women in cashier with very unpleasant, nasty attitude. Refuse let me use coupon, "not my business, talk to the manger" when I left told me "these are your garbage(receipt)" usually spent $40+ in attitude. Refuse let me use coupon, "not my business, talk to the manger" when I left told me "these are your garbage(receipt)" usually spent $40+ in great neck Nissan,$20+ with coupon. They closed right now. This is my 2nd time here, do same oil change service. $65+ in star nissan. Don't say this better oil, that's why. I got a lease car and lease term almost end, there are no choice for me to chose. Very bad experience, never back again. More
