Dissatisfaction I feel like i was deceived i went in with a question about my extended warranty if something was covered was told i should but they needed to do a dia I feel like i was deceived i went in with a question about my extended warranty if something was covered was told i should but they needed to do a diagnostic check them selves . i told them i already had one at another Nissan dealership. Told me they needed to do it anyway. So in the end i paid$140.00 again to be told it is not covered. I feel like your people are deceitful and just wanted to charge me . the best part was no one can say what is covered and the mechanic left all his garbage in my car More

Ripped off I walked in front inspection on a car with $25,000 miles and I walked out with a $1500 bill, I was in a desperate situation I needed my inspection don I walked in front inspection on a car with $25,000 miles and I walked out with a $1500 bill, I was in a desperate situation I needed my inspection done that day and they knew it, they said I need a new brakes pads and rotors and overcharged me for them plus they put in some filters and fluid plus an inspection $1500. The price they charge for my brakes was at least twice what other people charge. Suffice to say I'm not going back there. More

Honest Had a warning light, yellow at rest, red while moving, yet car seemed O.K. Came in for diagnostics. I told them I thought it was a computer problem. After about ten minutes, the service manager informed me that the problem was that the driver's side rear door was not entirely closed, and that there was nothing else wrong with the car. They waived the $130 diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. A dishonest mechanic could have ripped me off; instead, I was merely embarrassed. More
