excellent service I had transmission problems and Mr. Morales saved me. He was patient and understanding when I didn't even know how to explain the problem I was having I had transmission problems and Mr. Morales saved me. But he told me everything would be ok, that I just needed to bring in the car and he would take care of it; And he definitely took care if it. Within hours, he had his guys figure out the issue: turns out it was my transmission. He gave me an appointment as soon as possible and had my car fixed as soon as possible as well. Now my baby is purring like a kitten and I don't feel the stress of my car stalling on me while on the highway. I have peace of mind and am thankful for Mr. Morales and Nissan Star Service. Minor concerns I had to bring my car in 2x to get my air conditioner fixed. The 2nd time the staff was very accommodating and truly wanted to rectify the problem an I had to bring my car in 2x to get my air conditioner fixed. The 2nd time the staff was very accommodating and truly wanted to rectify the problem and the situation. Which they did and I am very happy with the results. However, they didn't take the problem seriously the 1st time and really didn't put any effort into resolving the problem and performing basic maintenance on the car. When I brought my car in the 2nd time, they realized that all my filters were clogged. This is basic maintenance, which I asked for and a reasonable thing to expect to be checked when you tell someone your AC isn't working correctly. Wilson was very.accomodating and this is not necessarily his fault. This is the fault of the mechanic working on my car. He should have checked all my filters and all my fluids the 1st time, not the 2nd time. Also, renting a loaner from Enterprise was a nightmare. I would never use them again. They drove me all over Queens for 45 min looking for a car. More
