Be careful don’t take your car there!!! I’m not happy with the service department at all they will do anything to get extra money out of your pocket the mechanic took my car for test drive to get tested with the service department at all they will do anything to get extra money out of your pocket the mechanic took my car for test drive to get tested he stepped like crazy on gas he did some damage to my engine and he left his dirt inside my car and Charlie guild would do anything just to charge you extra so if you are stupid go there and let them rip you off and I’m filling complain to state of Illinois regarding the ripoff and dishonest word and job I took a picture of what they did inside my car and have a report in my hand about what happened to my car engine due to step on gas like a crazy and I’m very sure the management know all this xxxx but they are after your money before anything else so be smart and save your money and go to any place More

Time it took for service Made an appointment for 11 am for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take one hour. Arrived at 10:50 am. I stated that I would wait. Nicholas Fornero was very pleasant and offered me a bottle of water. It took two hours for the work to be completed. In the past four years I have had oil changes And 6 auto guard service and never took more than an hour. I think two hours was a long time for this service. More

Great sales department, dissapontied with service Scheduled an appointment for a Rogue recall at 10.30 on a Saturday morning. 12/22. My husband couldnt check in for over 20 minutes, nobody would even acknowledge him. Then it turned out that my car had failed the recall and we needed to bring it back and leave it for the whole day. A free loaner was offered though (nice!) My husband asked them to get the rental ready by 8.30 am since I had to be at work by 9. He ended up taking my car for me and of course the car rental wasnt set-up. They started setting it up when he got there. It was about 5 PM, and he still didnt hear anything about the car, he tried calling- it took them awhile to check what the status was and they ended up keeping it for another day!!! Next day it turned out that nothing was wrong with the part.... It was not a good experience! Especially when you need to drive around a 15 months old and your car with a car seat is just sitting at the dealership for 2 days More
Terrible From Sales to Service I purchased preowned "dealer" Versa back in 2015. After driving it home, I realized it was a piece of junk and not the car that I wanted. I talked to I purchased preowned "dealer" Versa back in 2015. After driving it home, I realized it was a piece of junk and not the car that I wanted. I talked to they dealer and they basically had a "Oh well" attitude and said that there was nothing they can do for me. I also brought it back a few days later because the rubber trim around the rear door was falling off. They told me that it was a manufacturer defect and they can't do anything about it, not even fix it. They sure do stick to there guns though, because at every oil change, I ask them to fix it and they refuse. I now keep it hanging off as a warning to my friends and family not to buy a Nissan, especially to Star. Also, when I brought the car back for my broken side view mirror stick (it's manual), 3 days after purchase, they literally told me that I broke it and try to repair it, because it was glued. Which tells me right there how shady the shop is, because someone there broke it and tried to cover it up before selling it. Let's not even mentioned the 3 hour SCHEDULED oil changes. More

The airbags of my 2011 Nissan Versa Sedan had to Dennell was an exceptionally helpful liaison between the mechanic and me when I visited Star Nissan. The airbags of my 2011 Nissan Versa Sedan had to be replaced, and I also wanted an estimate for repairs to my air conditioner. He was informative and approachable without ever being pushy. By the way, the mechanic finished the repairs two hours early. I like a company that under promises and over delivers. When I return to Star Nissan for the air conditioner repairs, I will ask for Dennell. More
