Sales person (Rob) was knowledgeable with the product and service was very prompt to correct a few minor issues with vehicle. I had another minor issue which required re-scheduling of service the following day. Upon arrival to the Easton location, the service department (Michael Muir) greeted me very friendly, listened to my issue and was prompt and professional. The service tech assigned to check my vehicle was able to correct the issues within two hours and I was on my way. During my wait time I was kept in the loop by Michael twice by updating my on the progress of the service. I would recommend this dealership highly ! More
