No pressure (they must have known my husband hates the sales games), and very accommodating by letting us take a couple different cars home for a day before making our decision and purchasing. Only one little hiccup throughout the process, when I was told afterwards that they only had one key for the car. It took a little time to resolve this, but in the end Rob came through and got me the second key. I would certainly buy from them again. Love no pressure!! More

Not trustworthy I was offered a price on a Camaro and then the dealer regretted offering the price--so they tried to get out of the deal. They apologized and trie I was offered a price on a Camaro and then the dealer regretted offering the price--so they tried to get out of the deal. They apologized and tried to avoid letting me buy the car. Eventually, they caved and I bought the car--but only after days of persisting with them and not receiving return phone calls AND after they changed the terms to exclude their 'standard lifetime powertrain warranty' and refusing to remove some scratches from the outside of the car: both of which were part of their original offer. In fact, it seemed the only way to get a response from them was when I shared my experience with CJ and said I was going to post a review here about my experience. Honestly, had they stuck with the original terms they offered, I would not have made this post even after days of frustration while I was chasing them to purchase the vehicle. In fact, the original sales rep (Rob) told me that I had to work directly with CJ because he didn't want to have to deal with the fallout for selling the car to me at the original offer price. They said it had to do with some pricing they made a mistake on, after buying the car at an auction. I tried twice to offer come down and sign the paperwork, but they didn't return my calls until I told them I was going to post here. Approach at your own risk -- just know that if they don't like the offer they gave you, they apparently reserve the right to change the terms even when you've accepted the offer. I walked away with the car but they removed the warranty they promised and didn't remove some of the scratches on the exterior of the vehicle -- which was also promised. More
