I passed on the one I came in to look at and found that another one they had was perfect for my wants and needs. I had two children along with my wife and he was very patient with us as we worked to keep the kids in check. Finally, they stayed late to do the paperwork and the following business day took care of all my legal requirements regarding my own insurance, registration, etc. I'm from the Scranton area and take pride in servicing my customers with the respect I would like, and I don't usually get that reciprocated as a customer in my area.
