Fast service, okay experience Paul was very helpful during the test driving experience as well as figuring out the gadgets in the vehicle, and even when it came down to crunching n Paul was very helpful during the test driving experience as well as figuring out the gadgets in the vehicle, and even when it came down to crunching numbers once I made a decision on which pre-owned vehicle. However, I did not have the greatest experience after running into 2 problems with the car within 3 days of owning it. The dealership did rectify the situation by taking the vehicle to the shop to get it fixed. They delivered the car directly to me upon fixing the issues, but what the problem was and how it was corrected was not made clear. I would have liked to have been given a report on what corrections were made. That being said, I would still recommend the dealership to a friend, with a caution to more fully examine the vehicle prior to making any sort of commitment. More

Love my car, but not the dealership. The employees were friendly enough but they certainly don't roll out the red carpet for customers like other dealerships do. The only reason we purchased here was because they had the exact color and seating combo I was looking for. We were disappointed that after purchasing the car they gave it to us with the gas tank on empty, the anti freeze was low and the oil life was less than half left. To top if off, two days after we purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. When we took it to be serviced they told us that a technician had forgot to put a hose back on and that was the cause of it. The inconvenience was annoying and combined with the other things I mentioned above just left us with a bad feeling about the dealership. More
