great experience! I was car shopping online and got notice about a car that i was interested in, because it was financially close to my spending range. I was directed t I was car shopping online and got notice about a car that i was interested in, because it was financially close to my spending range. I was directed to the Star car pre owned website and found the information I needed. i responded by opting for more information and got a quick response from the dealership, made an appointment to take a look at the car and a test drive. Before the appointment they called me back to make sure I was aware of all the information and to see if I still would come in for the appointment. When I got there the staff was very helpful and friendly in attending me. I met up with Paul Mcgeever and had a test drive and some conversation/information exchange. Paul was listening to my situation and worked his way trough to make the purchase happen smoothly without pushing or pressure and went over the options that we possible. He was very personable and a nice person to work with, he was able to ease me down and feel comfortable and trusting. he took care of the whole procedure and made sure everything was taken care off before sending me on my marry way. His experience showed and made the whole purchase a smooth and non stress experience. he made clear in his explanations about the car's condition and requirements, I am very thankful and blessed that a had the opportunity to get to know Star Pre owned and Paul and the staff there. I am able to get back and forth to work in a newer and more reliable car and on top of it love the model, and color. Thank you ! More

Great customer service during and after the sale. De Juan Jones greeted me bright and early on a Saturday morning when I was not quite prepared to do serious car shopping. He was genuinely friendly and did not attempt to pressure me. And because of that, I was more willing to ask questions and listen to him. Later that day I called De to let him know I would be back shortly and he and the car I was interested in were available when I arrived. There was still a ton of paperwork, as there always is when purchasing a car, which seemed to take forever to produce for my signing. But I love the car and the service De provided that day and since with his follow up calls. He made himself available to answer all my questions since I drove the car off the lot. I appreciate his excellent customer service and kindness. More
