love my cars i visited star 3/8/14 with the intent of searching for a replacement car for my husband. his motor was shot and we needed a car quickly. with our fin i visited star 3/8/14 with the intent of searching for a replacement car for my husband. his motor was shot and we needed a car quickly. with our financial situation not being the greatest, i had no idea of what we could or could not do. the team of CJ and Rob was just outstanding. rob handled all my questions and helped me choose what i could afford and what fit my husbandsneeds. CJ diligently worked on finding a lender and within a short time i was able to know that i could indeed make a purchase. they were both very understanding and patient with my many, many questions. We drove out of there with not one but two new cars. This is the third time i have purchased from Rob and each and every time i find him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time he makes my car buying experience actually enjoyable. Great asset to the company. Smart Car I was in need of a car that was fairly inexpensive yet reliable car. I had passed the dealership and thought that I could start by looking there. When I was in need of a car that was fairly inexpensive yet reliable car. I had passed the dealership and thought that I could start by looking there. When we arrived at the dealership to just look around before dinner, Rich Fissler came out and greeted us. We had not planned to buy a car that day but we walked around with Rich who was honest, friendly and professional. I didn't feel pressured or pushed into a car that just wasn't for me and just got good vibes from the dealership and its employees. We ended up purchasing a car that day! After driving it a day or so we did find an issue where the check engine light came on. But all in all i am VERY pleased! Thanks Rich! More
