Tae made the process very easy. She was professional, kind, and very accommodating. She was the reason we bought from Star. The only thing we did not like was the hard sell by the finance representative. We bought the extended warranty, but it felt like an ambush. I know that is the rep's job, but there is too much info to take in that quickly. And the rep chastised Tae in front of us. Not a good feeling. More
