Sales person Jackson Yuen lied Jackson Yuen insisted a deposit of $1,000.00 in case we change our minds not wanting the car after they ordered 2019 Touring model. He said " we will Jackson Yuen insisted a deposit of $1,000.00 in case we change our minds not wanting the car after they ordered 2019 Touring model. He said " we will get the deposit back if Subaru couldn't deliver". We ordered the car sometimes in April and expected the car to be delivered by end of June. We didn't not receive any phone call from Jackson or anyone at Star Subaru dealer by the end of June so we stop at the dealer to check out the status. Jackson Yuen shows us the computer screen stating car estimate time now will be in August. I said to him "how come you didn't call us and let us know". His responded "why should I call you when I have no news to tell you". What kind of service is this at the price we willing to pay $36,300. I said that this is just an estimate date and it could be later and you didn't call us? I obviously get upset so he saids "you can have your deposit back if you want". So we came home and give it some thoughts about it, why would we want to pay at a full price by the time Subaru delivered 2019 when 2020 about to come out. A few days later, I went back to the Star Subaru and said to Jackson Yuen, we want our deposit back. He then take me to his manager telling his manager that we want our deposit back. His manager said our deposit is none refundable and I am looking at Jackson Yuen straight in the eyes and said "you told me a few days ago that we could get our deposit back and that'swhy I am here". Jackson Yuen responded "I never said that". He walked away and saying I don't have time for this. So I walk by his desk said "this will give you a bad review the fact that you lied". His responded "I don't care" loudly at his shop in front of customers. I just want customers to know this is the kind of customer service of Jackson Yuen. More
