We have always appreciated the customer service and mechanical service Star has consistently provided. Our last visit for oil change was quick and efficient. When it was completed the service rep presented the paperwork explaining all of the things they checked beyond the service provided and advised when we can expect the other items to be rechecked and possibly replaced or fine tuned. This is the 4th car we've had Star service and we are loyal customers. More

I purchased my Subaru Forester from your Bayside dealership in 2020. They were extremely helpful, including offering me a free oil change for the life of my car. James was extremely courteous… he explained my car's condition and the service options and suggestions. I had to leave my car, and he called with updates and reminders. If he was not 100% sure about something, he readily checked with the technician or supervisor, and when he got back to me, he apologized for the delay.
