Friendly Customer Service & Great Car Service I went into the service center for an inspection and an oil change. I've gone to them multiple times already so I know for a fact that the service is I went into the service center for an inspection and an oil change. I've gone to them multiple times already so I know for a fact that the service is good. They're upfront with you about costs and durations. I was told the appointment would take an hour and they delivered within an hour. The advisor, Sherbourne Williams, is always friendly and honest and even helped me straighten out a discrepancy with my bill. Definitely will continue to go to them for all my car servicing needs. FYI, the prices for various car services are listed on the TV screen in the waiting room. More

First Timer I recently bought an used Subaru and the oil light came on. I was suggested to use the authorized service center for my car. I did not want to pay more than usual cost or little more.,Other centers in Queens faield to provide me the same price. I was told 10 $ more next day when I called fot same service and I knew I was not taking my car to other location. I talked the lady whose name is Sharon. She was very kind and attentive. She told me I can come in. Im extremely happy. They take their time and tell you everything and dont try to sell you what needs to be done on your car. Honesty and not being pushy always a plus in my book.Sherborne Williams is the guy who entered my info to the system and explained the process kindly . I ve been treated extremely kind and professional by this man. He told me to wait and expectation time approx due to weather and short staff it took little longet. He apologized twice for that. They won me and Im a tough female. I would have waited longer.! More
