Nice people, accommodating and courteous I can on for scheduled service. There was to be a delay so the sent me home with George who transports people back and forth locally. Courteous but slow I had a 915 appointment arrived at 910 for and oil change but did not get out until about 11. Horrible I didn’t know wheel locks can break. Apparently mine were stripped and I had to pay almost 75 bucks for a replacement. I’m convinced they didn’t chang I didn’t know wheel locks can break. Express Service I made an appointment for express service. The staff that greeted me was professional and cordial. Although they promise the service would be complete I made an appointment for express service. The staff that greeted me was professional and cordial. Although they promise the service would be completed within an hour, my service was completed in under 2 hours because they found a minor issue ( filter changes) that they asked if I wanted completed. The only downside was that there was not enough seating in the waiting area and no coffee! Overall, not a bad way to spend a morning. More
