UPDATE - BAD CUSTOMER CARE Update after a month - After purchasing the car and being told by my the salesman and the dealership that my car was equipped with Sirius XM, I found Update after a month - After purchasing the car and being told by my the salesman and the dealership that my car was equipped with Sirius XM, I found it was never installed in the car. The dealership had a tiny radio that I can’t see the screen put in the car. I spoke with the manager Nick who promised to help out but he never called and now I’m stuck with a car that was supposed have Sirius XM installed and the dealership ignores me. I retract my previous review and would not recommend this dealership, they are liars and do have bad customer service ethics, bad bad bad!! More

Great service The salesman we had was nice and very knowledgeable about the cars, he addressed the many questions we had. Picking up our car took a bit longer than we had planned, overall it took almost three hours between waiting on the paperwork and on the car to arrive. So in that area maybe next time it could be quicker. But overall we enjoyed the experience and we have a nice car. More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. In December 2018, I went to Star Toyota of Bayside located at 205-11 Northern Boulevard Bayside, New York 11361 to purchase a 2019 Toyota Corolla SE In December 2018, I went to Star Toyota of Bayside located at 205-11 Northern Boulevard Bayside, New York 11361 to purchase a 2019 Toyota Corolla SE. I placed a $3000 deposit for the car and we were supposed to go and pick it up the next day. When I went to pick up the car I noticed the significant defect in the paint. There was a mismatch of the paint, one area was darker than the other. Upon inquiring about it, the salesman spoke to his manager and said it is nothing, and that he can buff it off. He tried but it wouldn’t come off. He then said not to worry, he will acid wash the paint. I became very, very suspicious about this dealership. They tried to cohere me to buy the car, harassed me and threatened me with a law suit. Dealing with them was very stressful and disappointing. I did not have a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this dealership. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. More
