When we asked for copies of papers and documents related to the purchase of our new car, he made us copies and was very informative about each step we were going through. To a lay person, who is not familiar with all the procedures one needs to deal with when purchasing a new car, this can be daunting.. Mohammed made this procedure much less worrisome for us.
