Complaint on the dispatcher Daniel We just bought a brand new 4th runner about a month ago , we realized the gas tank makes noise like “frog” when the gas level under 1/2 tank, we took We just bought a brand new 4th runner about a month ago , we realized the gas tank makes noise like “frog” when the gas level under 1/2 tank, we took the car to star service 7/28, they claimed was a loose crew and they fixed it. But the noise is still here , so I spoke with Sunny yesterday and brought the car back to star service this morning. I was trying to tell every details when the dispatcher Daniel ask me about the car, how the tank makes noise only under 1/2 tank with a hot engine, I told him I recorded a video if he wants to see it and etc. then he said just turn off the engine, we explained to him , the noise is there when the engine is hot and insist to let the mechanic hear the sounds first, but instead of asking the mechanic for suggestions, he just told us “ no, you need to turn off the engine and if you don’t like it , go back to Bennett PA where you purchase the car”, he said it total of three times thru out the conversation. Omg, what kind of service am I receiving ? More

Everyone at Star was very kind and considerate , to all my concerns. i do not like that my milage it is below 20 I have gone 700 miles including 6 hours of highway. They say the car has to break in????The camry is suppose to get 29 city and 39 highway. My 10 year old Avalon got 21 city and 26-28 on the highway with a 6 cyl engine I now have a 4 cylinders. More

This time I'm not satisfied Yesterday 8/2/18 at 9:00 AM I went to Bayside Toyota Service for miscellaneous things to be performed. today, 8/3/18 when I start the car, came up: Hy Yesterday 8/2/18 at 9:00 AM I went to Bayside Toyota Service for miscellaneous things to be performed. today, 8/3/18 when I start the car, came up: Hybrid System Malfunction and Pre-Collision System Malfunction. I went back to Toyota Service at 9:30 AM to find out the problem. I been told at 12:30 PM that they don't have that mechanic specialized in Prius at work today and they made me another appointment for Monday 8/6/18 at 9:00 AM Hopefully problem will be solved. More
