Everyone at Star was very kind and considerate , to all my concerns. i do not like that my milage it is below 20 I have gone 700 miles including 6 hours of highway. They say the car has to break in????The camry is suppose to get 29 city and 39 highway. My 10 year old Avalon got 21 city and 26-28 on the highway with a 6 cyl engine I now have a 4 cylinders. More

Getting a new Rav 4 in less than 4 hours Went to see Allen Tam one week prior to the end of my lease on the 2015 Camry. I had to wait about 20 minutes because he was talking with another cus Went to see Allen Tam one week prior to the end of my lease on the 2015 Camry. I had to wait about 20 minutes because he was talking with another customer. After speaking with him for about 15 minutes ,he talked me into getting a Rav 4 XLE. It took me more than 15 minutes to decide what color to get. When the Rav 4 was ready for me to pick up, I went there at around 11am. SIgning off the Camry and then the paper work to transfer the registration as well as the insurance policy. That took another 15 minutes. As the process was taking place, the service technician brought me to my new Rav 4 and showed me all the features. This took about 20 minutes. The he took me back to the office where the financing manager had the lease agreement ready for me to sign. This was when I found out the quoted monthly amount did not include GAP insurance. It comes out to $10 a month which is reasonable and should be purchased. After that Allen Tam and the technician too me to me Rav 4. The technician drove the car out of the parking lot and I drove off in my new Rav 4, The time was around 1:20pm. More
