The Toyota sales men one Gilbert Martin spent almost two hours answering my questions as well as allowing me to test drive the type of vehicles I was most interested in. All this was done without any pressure. I finally decided on the Camry 2018 Hybrid. Solid service account manager. -Smart confident fair guy. All of these things are true but my annual visit took the entire day, when my estimate was to be half the day. NOT so big of a problem except that they were supposed to call me when it was done, and if I had not called THEM I would have not been able to pickup my car because I was the last person to enter the building at the end of the day before they closed. I barely made it. I spent over $1100 for brakes and a full service checkup and after my visit the car still squeaks because I could not afford the other $1200 they wanted to charge me so I have to come back for shocks. $1200 for SHOCKS????? also my oil change sticker was not affixed to the window so because it was forgotten I have to go back. The airbag replacement that I needed could not be done, so I have to go back for that also. My bill was paid on time though. sigh. More
