I also worked with the same finance manager from my first lease, Nick. He is the best. Super-engaging and friendly, he went over everything in detail and didn't try to up-sell us. When all the paperwork was complete, I jumped in the car and Steve walked me through all the tech. He took the time to go over everything and answer all my questions. And he's just downright nice.
