sunday I went to dealership and negotiated lease terms. I was intially quoted $550 when another dealership had quoted me $343 for same terms. The saleswoman Linsdey was very difficult to understand and did not seem organized or knowledgeable. When we left everyone seemed very gracious and thankful for my business it was a Sunday afternoon and their dmv dept was closed -- the manager knew how to run the dmv paperwork but didn't want to -- despite me wanted to take the car home same day. the finance manager was there but didn't want to stay to complete paperwork. we agreed that the next day while I work I would send them all necessary insurance etc info and that all paperwork would be completely in full and ready for my signature when I arrived to get the car. when I arrived to get the car paperwork had not been touched, a finance manager was not able to meet with me, so they took me through the inside of the new car -- I was told by the time I was done the finance manager would be available. after an hour + no finance manager was available to speak with me, and I become very irritated given what I was told Sunday afternoon vs the reality of picking up the car. both finance managers didn't want to be bothered with taking another client. Lindsey told me several different reasons and versions as to why all the clients that had just bought cars were going ahead of me (who had gone the day before and was told all paperwork would be completely prior to my arrival) Lindsay then told me she can't release the car without the title. I had told her several times Sunday afternoon I didn't have the title - that credit union did. She herself even called the credit union day of to confirm pay off amount and mailing address. It was only when I become very agitated that suddenly I was able to complete my paperwork, with the finance manager Jason Kannry making it clear that he wanted to leave soon but was staying as a favor to us. He was also obnoxious and unprofessional during our conversations/papework. He also said he waived the fee to get a copy of the title as if it was a favor to me, when it was, in fact, and error of communications amongst the entire dealership. If Stephanie Lupo was a sales person I would go to her again, but otherwise I would never return to this dealership, no reccommend them to anyone. when I finally left with the car I had to go back and ask for vehicle registration. Finance manager told me it was in the car (it wasn't). They had to find the saleswoman to get me registration. When I finally got it the saleswoman walked by me, with no good bye, no thank you the showroom and bathrooms were dirty, disorganized and make a terrible first impression. there were no vending or snack machines available and parking was extremely limited the gentleman who took me through the cars features was lovely and friendly and stood out against the rest of the dealership I know if Stephanie Lupo had been with us this evening things would've been a lot more tolerable and professional More
I had a great experience at Star Toyoto. From beginning to end, Anthony Cruz treated my wife and me with a great deal of respect and simply took great care of us. But Anthony simply said, "I understand why you want to do that, but I might be able to do something for you both today and put you in a better situation." There was no need to haggle. The numbers where simply laid out in front of us and we went from there. I'll definitely give Anthony a call next time I am interested in purchasing a car. More

He told me he had a car that I could drive out of the dealership that day and I was impressed. I used the dealership for the car I was driving but I had to wait for 3 months to get my car shipped from Japan. Getting my car that same day was impressive. Overall experience was very good. Would have loved some coffee - though, but Cory provided me with a cold Coke and Nick told me some good stories! More

I was looking to buy a car for my father as a Christmas present. Brought in a quote from USAA that was well 1600 below invoice. Richard took a look brought it to management and came back with a similar price after the 750 down payment assistance but threw in alloy rims. It took about 5 minutes for this whole process. He looked up to see if we qualified for the 0% financing rate (we did qualify) and provided prompt responses to all our questions. The deal was done without any haggling or hidden fees. Richard was straight forward with all the numbers. It took a while to get financing due to a customer who seemed to have asked a million questions but our financing person was not pushy about selling other items. The internet sales contact Stephanie Lupo was prompt in responding and has followed up constantly. Overall the most pleasant purchasing experience we have ever had. More
As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by a nice young lady who was very friendly and made me feel welcome. After going to two other dealerships in the area where I did not get nearly get the same treatment I knew where I wanted to be. When I reentered the star toyota dealership I again experienced the same reception whereby then I made a purchase of the car I desired and to this point am very happy with. My dealings with financial manager Jason Kannry was equally pleasant as he gave the impression of being very knowledgeable and helpful as well as having everything in proper order which continued to put me at ease. Then features of the car were very calmly explained to me by Raj. Even after the purchase when I called back for an adjustment on a service I asked for they both were very helpful. I went to Star Toyota with my parents because they were in the market for a new car. I researched vehicles for them and found that Toyota was having a very good deal on Camry's. I called the store and spoke with Ronald Cordero who gave us all the information we needed. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We made an appointment with Ronald to see the vehicle. When we arrived at the store Ronald greeted us right away and showed us the car in person. My parents are not too experienced with newer vehicles and Ronald was extremely patient with them and answered all of their questions until they felt comfortable with the vehicle. I'm not the type of person to buy cars on the spot but my parents were extremely pleased with the vehicle and after reviewing pricing options with Ronald we decided that it was best for my parents to lease the Camry so that their payments can be much more affordable. My parents felt so much at ease with Ronald and the service and attention he gave them that I think that's what really sealed the deal. I would definitely recommend Star Toyota to my family friends looking to buy a car because they treated us very well and my parents are so happy with their 2011 Toyota Camry. More

Leasing new Toyota Camry was unusually pleasant experience considering that for the last ten years I leased and bought new cars from Nissan, Honda, Hyundai and most of the times had bad experience experience considering that for the last ten years I leased and bought new cars from Nissan, Honda, Hyundai and most of the times had bad experience (except Honda). The salesperson Gilbert was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The best thing that nobody pushed me (just suggested :)) to add anything extra, and the lease price remained as I expected on the final paperwork, without adding additional charges, unlike my last lease of Nissan Altima 07, where I had to pay $450 disposition fee upon returning the vehicle(my fault-didn't read fine print). Financial manager Tom was very friendly and not pushy, although he tried to sell me anti thief coverage, but I understand that is part of the process . Usually that part of the deal is where all bad stuff starts coming up - like some fees, surcharges and pressure to buy extra coverage - went pretty smooth. In general I was very satisfied with experience, and I felt that I was treated like valuable customer. Definitely I would recommend Star Toyota to everybody. More
