If I could give zero stars I would. absolute crooks. a sales person by the name of Jose Ocasio tried to sell my uncle a 2022 raptor $60k!!!!!! OVER STICKER PRICE!!!!!! the sticker price is $80k and they tried to sell the vehicle to my uncle for $143k!!!!!! my uncle not knowing any better and this being his dream car almost bought it. they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. An Asian gentlemen with a cane in the finance department got mad at US for asking why it was so much over sticker price and had the audacity to say they easily sell cars $75,000 OVER sticker price!!!! if you have the money I guess that's okay but that's idiotic in my opinion even if you did have the money. we understand the vehicle is scarce and its a special edition and we don't mind paying over sticker, we all have a family to feed but $60,000 over sticker price is absurd. its absolutely ridiculous. they should have their license revoked. I can only imagine how many desperate people these guys have ripped off. More

I made an appointment for an oil change today in the afternoon. I arrived at 3:20 pm and I was told by a service member that they were not doing oil change at this time because it was too late. They don afternoon. I arrived at 3:20 pm and I was told by a service member that they were not doing oil change at this time because it was too late. They don’t change oil after 2pm. When booking the appointment online which I made last week, the options are morning, afternoon or evening. There is no specific time. I explain myself to the service member that I just came off from work and I have no specific time. I’m a healthcare provider and don’t have a specific time when I get off. He then said let me speak with someone by the name of Henry in which Henry said no. I then ask for a supervisor and I was told they were non at this time. I live in the town of Brookhaven and only in the city twice a week. Since I bought my Ford this was always a problem with flexibility at the service center. You just cannot pop in for a quick oil change. I had appointment but was still turn away. I’m very very dissatisfied with there service and I would never recommend Ford Lincoln of queens. More
I have only praise for the service dept. and staff in the yrs. I have gone to them. So I do not know what has happened as far as follow through. I had a issue with my Ford 2016 Edge Sync system that needed yrs. I have gone to them. So I do not know what has happened as far as follow through. I had a issue with my Ford 2016 Edge Sync system that needed replacing and covered under ESP. This was in July 2021. Part came in and when I picked up my Edge, part of the front face plate of the dashboard that covers Sync systems was not properly put on and sticking out and also, the chrome trim around the air vent near the SYNC system was broken off. I immedialty called Henry and his manager over and showed them. Henry took a picture with his phone and his manager clipped the rest of the system in place. Henry apologized for the damage and informed me a new trim would have to be ordered and to give him a call in a week. Well Its now Mid Sept. and 4 voicemails later that I have left Henry and no return calls. On one of the calls his manager answered and I even heard him tell Henry to call me and I left my number. Again. No calls.. Its sad since I am also in the auto business and I make sure to follow up with my clients. If I do go back to Queens Ford service and that is an " if", I do not want to deal with Henry. I hope someone from Queens Ford reads this since I still have a broken trim piece that was broken by whoever installed the new SYNC system. More

I worked with Alexis Marcus , Jose Ocasio and Reggie Williams who were all excellent in their own field. Jose really worked hard to get me into the vehicle I was interested. We came up with a great Williams who were all excellent in their own field. Jose really worked hard to get me into the vehicle I was interested. We came up with a great solution and I actually drove home in the car the same day we made the deal. In a few painless hours I was on my way in a new Lincoln. If you are looking for a sales person with integrity see Jose. I found him to be very easy to work with and would not change a thing. Jose is a real gentleman. Alexis was very accommodating and anxious to help in anyway. Great personality and very positive. Reggie was also awesome to work with. And finance guys usually scare me. He understood my financial limits and never applied any pressure to promote any additional purchases that although were nice to haves, I just didn't have the budget for. He understood that and recommended only the ones that I really would benefit from. I took hi advisement and appreciated his candor. I left with a price that was exactly what I has shooting for. More
I have bought and have serviced my 2016 Ford Edge only at Ford of Queens. From their Manager ( Anthony Mezzatesta ) to their service writter Henry Dominguez, I cannot say enough but " Thank you " for alway Ford of Queens. Reginald and the team at Ford Lincoln of Queens are truly special. After 3 Mercedes leases (9 years), I was concerned about trying something different but right from the start, Reggie showed me that I had be special. I ordered my Navigator on March 12, 2020, days before the lockdown when into effect. Reginald and his team kept us updated throughout the lockdown, when the plant went back on-line in June and they started building the car, and when the car was delivered July 16th. The concierge service has been great and I will update this after I try service. More
