Stay Away, Don't waste your time I would give them a zero if I could. Do not waste your time with the sales team here as there are plenty of other, much more helpful Ford dealers with I would give them a zero if I could. Do not waste your time with the sales team here as there are plenty of other, much more helpful Ford dealers with better inventory in NY. They gave us a price on an Explorer, we went to finalize it and spent 2 hours in the showroom with a 17 month old baby, including walking up the street in the rain to an out building where the vehicle was being stored. We were then told the vehicle had been sold the day prior but not to worry, they would find the same model and features and honor the deal. Again, they let us come in and waste 2 hours on a Saturday with a 17 month old in tow knowing the car was not available. Long story short, they had no interest in helping us and the situation deteriorated quickly into unanswered emails and unreturned calls. Even escalating to the sales manager did nothing as the dysfunction seems to be baked in across the whole team. Melinda, Engin, Gabe - you all should be embarrassed by how you treated us both as customers and as human beings. AVOID THIS PLACE. More
