We spent several hours at a time over the course of several days, test driving about five cars each, and just sitting in cars in the showroom to get a feel for comfort level. Franklin and the rest of the staff were hospitable, patient, and gracious, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. They offered us one amazing deal, and decent deals on other models. While we ended up going with another manufacturer due to personal preference for how the cars feel, I would highly recommend Koeppel to anyone interested in a Ford. More
