Went on a Saturday afternoon with my husband and two young children. Went through the whole process and as soon as they ran our credit they informed us that the car we were interested in had “just sold” young children. Went through the whole process and as soon as they ran our credit they informed us that the car we were interested in had “just sold” and they could get us the same car in a few days. I’m in disbelief that in this day and age where there are car dealers on every corner that we could have gone to, that there are dealers still with such low morals. Absolutely NO decency to inform us BEFORE our credit was run or the fact that they even allowed us to get that far in the process is just despicable. Starling will NEVER earn my business after my experience today. More
