I had an oil change on my Tundra which included a tire rotation, When I got home I noticed that the tires had not been rotated (I have a damaged wheel and it was in the same place as when I brought it in) rotation, When I got home I noticed that the tires had not been rotated (I have a damaged wheel and it was in the same place as when I brought it in). I had to return the Tundra to the dealership to have the tires rotated. This leads me to wonder how many customers that have oil changes don't notice that there tires have been rotated or not.
