And then continued onto a Saturday where we went back-and-forth multiple times due to my stubbornness, and he was patient enough to wait for my final decision. I had an event to get to on Saturday night and he assured me that signing the car would only take a few minutes, which it did and I was able to pull out of the lot with my dream car and make it to the event on time. I have always gotten my cars through Starling Chevrolet, but he made this Car buying experience seamless. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a new vehicle. More

I can no longer give this dealership top reviews with regard to service. My husband bought a 2021 Buick from them in March with a warranty still available as it had low mileage. In October, the service transmission light came on so he took it into the dealership. They ordered the part on 10/17 and told him he could continue to drive the car. He would continue to check with them about the part and was told it was on back order. A few weeks ago the transmission quit working. He had the car towed to Sterling and still no part. They only put him in a rental for 10 days. The part is still on back order and he is at the bottom of the list for a loaner. This is terrible customer service! More

Darnell is unlike many salesmen I’ve dealt with previously. Very experienced, relatable, honest, and most importantly not too pushy or desperate to make the sale. Of course, we didn’t go in guns blazing and tell a salesman that immediately lol, however after analyzing Darnell I quickly realized that he wasn’t going to lock us in a basement until we bought a vehicle. He was very helpful in finding our perfect truck and didn’t even attempt to upsell us, he did exactly what we needed him to do which is give us a fair deal on our new truck.
