The experiences with some of the other dealership were not that good, as they were using all kinds of sales tactics that were way "over the top" in my opinion. They lost my trust quickly. Rob Farish made all kind of suggestions of how to get the best value out of buying a new 2018 Chevy Traverse. They all panned out. He followed through on everything, returned phone calls promptly and received my full confidence without even meeting him. I of-course went to Mount Pleasant Chevrolet to complete the paperwork and pick-up the car. When meeting Rob Farish for the first time, he was as pleasant and trustworthy in person as over the phone. This is why today I am driving a car purchased through Rob Farish, even though I had offers of this make of car (and many different makes and models) from other dealerships. Don't waste your time going elsewhere. More

Don't know what they are doing!! My car was recently serviced here, and I don't think anyone in the service department knows how to reset the Onstar engine connection like is normally My car was recently serviced here, and I don't think anyone in the service department knows how to reset the Onstar engine connection like is normally done when the oil is changed - I got the impression they didn't even know they were supposed to do it - at least two of them anyway. If it isn't 'reset' then you don't get correct diagnostic information about your car in the monthly e-mails from Onstar. Even though the car was just serviced here, I just got an e-mail "There is an issue requiring action" with the "Engine & Transmission Sytem" so either they failed to do something that needed doing, or they didn't reset the Onstar communication system - so now I have to waste the time to take the car in AGAIN to see which is the case! Did this owner hire a bunch of people who don't know anything????? More

Chelsea worked with us on the warranty part of the deal and she was very helpful so we could choose the best options to suit our needs. The dealership was very clean and professional looking and everyone was very friendly. This is our story: We had our day planned to visit several dealerships to shop around and stopped at Mt Pleasant Chevy to get an idea of how expensive new trucks had become. It's been 15 years since my last car purchase and I was not looking forward to the car buying experience. We got out at the dealership and was met by Rob Farish. He was a very laid back salesman that was very patient with our wanting to look at cars rather than wanting to rush into the sales room. Rob was willing to take as much time as we wanted until we found a fantastic deal. There were a few options that were not on the truck we picked out and Robs comment was "that's not a problem". The missing options could be added without any problems.
