Toby was very nice and responsive. The rest of the experience was a waste of time, a ripoff, and inconclusive. Items were misdiagnosed, and once again, I found the dealership’s service The rest of the experience was a waste of time, a ripoff, and inconclusive. Items were misdiagnosed, and once again, I found the dealership’s service department to be very incompetent. Don’t look at my mileage and service records, and think that you’re “diagnosing” my vehicle. Then have the audacity to send me a quote for work that wasn’t asked for. The items that I asked to be fixed could have been done elsewhere for a quarter of the price. I will not return to Starling, and likely will never take another vehicle in to any Chevy dealership for servicing. I could explain more, but I’d just be wasting more of my time. I will likely be switching to Toyota. Please don’t ask me for another review. More

Everyone was very accommodating and. patient.. The ONLY issue. is the Sales Agent did not put enough gas. We ALMOST ran out of GAS on the Highway ON OUR WAY HOME FROM DEALERSHI .The traf patient..
