Don’t appreciate being lied to. Car was there ALL day and not even looked at. Part was not installed. We only have 1 car & cannot leave it again for multiple days. He’s aware. On top of prev visit where tires weren’t rotated, fluids not topped off but I was charged for full service oil change w tire rotation and charged for 2 diagnostics. I’ve had enough. Disabled Senior citizen on a fixed income. More
