Three weeks later I went back and was looking to trade in my vehicle after comparing to what Ford had to offer. Hands down they exceeded my expectations and presented a deal I could not refuse. so now my family are the proud owners of a chevy spark and a Silverado. Norman bent over backwards for customer service and was the most attentive sales person out of all the dealerships we visited (approximately 9 deals/10 competing manufacturers). I hate shopping for cars being a woman I feel like I am a target for salesman to try and force me into a sale. But coming to Mt Pleasant Chevrolet has certainly changed all of that. I had the pleasure of finding Mount Pleasant. I chose it initially because I called around and they were so nice, encouraging, and willing to help. I called for directions while in route and one employee even checked in to see that I made it. Billy, the service man who checked me in went above and beyond what I was expecting. Jim, the shuttle driver, made me feel like family and was so nice and courteous to me and my son. I usually do not necessarily like having to take my car in for service. I actually look forward to the next time. It was clean, quick, thorough, respectful, and just all around pleasant. I will return to Mount Pleasant Chevy for all my car needs. More
