I had my car towed in over the weekend. It would not start. When they called Monday AM they said they wouldn't even be able to do any diagnostics for at least a week since they were backed It would not start. Over the last year ago their service department has really gone down hill. I used to wait to get my car serviced there until I came down from Atlanta periodically. No more. I picked up my car - it started after the tow company charged it briefly and took it to an independent shop - they fixed it that day. More

The people at the dealership were very friendly and Kelly provided excellent customer service. My concern is with the additional $100 miscellaneous fee that was added to my bill. I was told it covered things provided excellent customer service. My concern is with the additional $100 miscellaneous fee that was added to my bill. I was told it covered things such as miscellaneous items and tools, and I do not agree with being charged that amount in addition to the labor and parts I already paid for. I have reached out to management requesting a full refund of that $100 fee. More
