My only concern is that there were up to 6 different people involved in the sale of the car and that was difficult to keep track of who you were talking to, their position at the dealership, and what in people involved in the sale of the car and that was difficult to keep track of who you were talking to, their position at the dealership, and what information was sent to who and how many times. It was a complete noncontact sales so I think they do not see this all that often and that is the reason for some of the confusion. More

Excellent customer service, very happy! Drove to Charleston to look at a slightly used Tahoe and it got sold right before I got there, ugh!
