Very confusing place, did not not where to go. Staff was friendly after being approached, but I felt like lots of communication was lost. I even felt like I did a lot of the work for them. I didn’t feel very at ease leaving my car due to my window being down, I never heard updates on that. And even had to call myself to learn what was wrong with my car after it had been there for 2 days. Sorry to say I won’t be returning More
I dropped off my truck for some recall stuff and they tried to sell me on everything they could. Saying I needed filters changed that still had over 30% of their life left. Also told me the fuel filter h tried to sell me on everything they could. Saying I needed filters changed that still had over 30% of their life left. Also told me the fuel filter housing needs to be replaced because it was stripped. Come to find out they never even got the filter off so they had no idea if it was stripped or not. More

My 2023 Silverado had a bad fuel pump module. I was camping in the area, far away from my home dealership. When I called my dealership, they were not very helpful. I looked up the closest dealership to my location, which was Starling. They were amazing. The RECEPTIONIST (I think her name was Mary or Amy) was so informative, kind, and helpful. I was stressed out and she calmed me right down. My service rep, Shane was also helpful and responsive. Even my shuttle driver, Michael, was great and responsive. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're far away from home, in a bind, and need assistance! Can't thank them enough for their help and kindness! More

The whole service experience seemed to be more over the top than necessary. I didn't need a valet to come get my vehicle and take me to the service advisor and then give me a small cake after the service w top than necessary.
