I asked for someone to simply check the lever on my seat as it felt stuck and wouldn’t adjust at the same time as my oil change and I was told they would have to keep it for two days for the techs to look a as it felt stuck and wouldn’t adjust at the same time as my oil change and I was told they would have to keep it for two days for the techs to look at it. I also paid $240+ for an oil change tire rotation and cabin filter. I was also left with the front console open from where they changed the cabin filter that will not close now, not sure if it’s broken. Will never come back for my routine maintenance. More

Do don’t deal with or buy a car from. . Purchase a 2025 Chevy Colorado. Absolutely zero post purchase support. Promised a year of courtesy service with no ability to schedule. No return . Purchase a 2025 Chevy Colorado. Absolutely zero post purchase support. Promised a year of courtesy service with no ability to schedule. No return calls. They want to sell cars not establish relationships in community. Stay away. Others cars I’ve purchased, meaning Chevrolets have been well supported, not this dealership. I’ll drive 45 minutes to go to another Chevy dealer, serious. They are the worst in town. Get you sold and into a car and disappear. Never again will I deal with these dummies.
