First off, let me say that I thank Wayne for his service to our country and serving in our military. However he may need to seek a different occupation away from customer service. The morning I dropped my truck off I was warned by another customer that he had already had a confrontation with Wayne, this was before 10am in the morning. For the next 6 days I was lied to on the progression of the service for my truck. I had to call Wayne almost daily to get some sort of update as he never called although everyday he assured that I would have an answer the next morning. The last day my truck was there, I called Wayne to see what was going on, he was extremely hostile and rude and let me know I’d be better off taking my truck elsewhere. When I picked my truck up that day Wayne continued to be unprofessional and didn’t care to lose business. Even more shocking was, whom I believe to be the manager, overhearing and watching this interaction without deciding to step in or provide a resolution, just sat behind his window watching. I have used your service department before and wasn’t very impressed. This interaction solidified that I would never return for any reason. Good luck moving forward, I will be warning every GM owner I know about Starling Chevrolet More

I have found Starling to be very fair especially for a dealership. I have never felt pressured to add things to the invoice.
