After quoting me $600 for a trans fluid flush to fix a well know problem with GM 8 speed automatics suffering from torque converter shudder, I dropped off the truck for service. After two days they called me back and stated that the "certified technician" recommended I needed a new valve body and it would now cost $3300. Needless to say I picked my truck up without that nonsense but they charged me $150 for diagnosis and I don't believe they did anything. After receiving the work order document I saw that they changed what I told them was wrong with it to justify the extra work. I had told them it had an intermittent shudder and they changed this to say that I said "gears are not shifting properly" which I never said because that never happened. After doing some google research, I was able to found a trans fluid additive that I put in myself for $60 that totally fixed the problem. Avoid these guys like the plague! More

Do I start with the fact that the service manager refused to even see me and said if I had an issue, to call Chevrolet. What a horrible dealership. What a horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. You have been warned. PS. When I told them I would leave them a bad review, the service rep literally said they don’t care…. Because nobody reads online reviews. Prove them wrong. f your having to service your vehicle stay away from this dealer! My 2018 Chevy Colorado Zr2 had a check engine light come on after stalling and shutting off 3 times with no power to the wheels. Had it towed to Starling with an appointment on a Monday and couldn't get a call back or status going on 3 days. Had to have my truck picked up from a Tow company and taken to another Dealer for repair. This place and their service department is giving Chevy a bad name. More

I've requested the additional warranty to be canceled well over a year ago and to date I keep getting the runaround. Calling consistently does no good and to date still no resolution! They went as far as to try and sell me a car without resolving my current long lasting issue- told them that I would not be doing business with them again and that it's poor business practice for me to have to keep calling wasting my time to get nowhere. I will be contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs and any other agency I can get involved in resolving my issue. We should be able to bill them for the amount of time spent trying to get them to do a simple task that should've been done over a year ago. Simply will not do business with them again & they could have gotten another sale from me because I'm in the process of buying a new vehicle. More
