I have 3 beautiful kids. Served as a Sgt. in the United States Marine Corps. I'm a bit old fashion and believe someones word should still mean something. "I say what I'm going to do and do what I a say." My Personal view is not as a salesperson, but a Customer Service Representative. Who doesn't want to just sell a car but create long term relationships? My love of both the Marine Corps and Chevrolet have adopted me the nickname "Sgt. Chevy"!

From start to finish I was shown several vehicles by Norman. He was extremely thorough in explaining the different features. I absolutely fell in love with the Chevy Equinox in the red. I was extremely pleased by how diligent, efficient, and straightforward this dealership was. The entire staff and team were welcoming and accommodating from the time I stepped inside. I drove 3 hours accross state for one specific vehicle. It was either that one or nothing. Norman Sasnett worked with me from the first phone call till he handed me the keys. He himself has turned me into a life time Starling Chevrolet customer. He worked very efficiently from beginning to end and did not waste a moment of my time. The price he gave me over the phone was the exact price my purchase was when I left. He even pre printed almost all the paperwork to save us time. He was very thorough in explaining everything. I was more so impressed on his ability to accommodate multiple customers simultaneously. He was constantly on the move to make sure everyone was progressing through the purchase process while also working his team that played roles in completing the purchase. Norman along with the entire team did not come off as a sales person, rather people who happen to happily sell you the vehicle you want. I would happily drive a 6 hour round trip again purchase another vehicle from Norman More
