I went in for an oil change and a recall issue. The recall issue is still ongoing. The issue is that the technicians did not lock my air flow heat shield that protects my oil pan and filters under The recall issue is still ongoing. The issue is that the technicians did not lock my air flow heat shield that protects my oil pan and filters under the carriage. I got all the way home ( 20 min drive) and heard the plate scraping the driveway. Instead of sending a mobile tech to resolve the safety issue, the service rep argued that this lose part is not a safety concern after I explained that I drive i95 at speeds of 70MPH. I had to jack my car up and get underneath to secure 2 of 3 security bolts. More
