I’m from out of state, took a chance and stopped by to see if I could get an oil change. The young lady in service told me they were booked for the day. She asked could I leave it and they would try to ge see if I could get an oil change. The young lady in service told me they were booked for the day. She asked could I leave it and they would try to get it done. Being from out of state I told her I would wait in the waiting room. She said it could be 2 or 3 hours. About 45 minutes passed and she informed me since I was there so early they got it in first. Next time I’m in the area and need an oil change I will surely call her to get an appointment if I have time. Thank you Emily Rivera your a great asset to Starling GMC More

I ache an appointment a week in advance. I arrived on time and was told they were running behind. It would probably be take all day. I asked if I could get a ride home , they said yes I wait I arrived on time and was told they were running behind. It would probably be take all day. I asked if I could get a ride home , they said yes I waited 45 minutes no ride. I asked again they said waiting for a driver. I asked about rescheduling. I was told there would be no change.!They have 30 cars a day to service. I asked for my keys back. I left there and will not be going back. More
