After a few texts and phone calls, we were slightly apart on price, but he and the team at Starling Titusville worked with us and ultimately got us exactly where we wanted to be. Once we reached a verbal agreement, everything moved seamlessly. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, my wife’s Yukon was out front, fully detailed, and ready to go. Johnathan even met us at the door. While that may seem like a small detail, it made a huge impression—especially compared to another local dealership that knew we were coming but didn’t even prepare the vehicle or greet us. Johnathan was professional, respectful, and never pushy. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he worked within those parameters—no pressure, no games. He simply got the job done. Sales Manager Steve Zullo was also a pleasure to work with and played a big role in making my wife’s dream vehicle a reality. Steven in finance made that part of the process quick and easy, clearly explaining our options without being pushy about add-ons. He even helped secure a lower interest rate by making a small adjustment in the financing. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences we’ve had. Sold Me A 2025 Acaida On Monday March 16th It Broke Down On The Following Saturday March 21st. Took To Dealer To Have New Battery Installed, Then On Monday Morning March 23rd It Broke Down Again. Took It Ba On The Following Saturday March 21st. Took To Dealer To Have New Battery Installed, Then On Monday Morning March 23rd It Broke Down Again. Took It Back To Dealer. They Put Me In A Loaner. The Loaner Is A Terrin With Has Little Cargo Space And No Tow Package. I Go To Get Tools Out Of It And It's Not Even In The Shop It's In The Lot Boxed In Like It's On The Back Burner. They Finally Tell Me They Will But Me Another Acaida Loaner. I Get Told They Are Out Of Loaners. I Buy A New Car I Get To Drive It For 5 Days, And Now It's Been At Dealer For A Week Now. Unsatisfied, Disappointed,Frustrated, xxxx Off Customer. More

My Experience in sales was excellent, sales team worked hard for a deal. GM has some issues to work out with transmission issues. Not making the issues a recall because thousands and thousands of GMC Canyo hard for a deal. GM has some issues to work out with transmission issues. Not making the issues a recall because thousands and thousands of GMC Canyon have Shudder/ torque converter/transmission/Active Fuel management issues. If they solved that issue they would have very happy customers and a bulletproof truck and would get more high ratings. Overall my experience was positive! More

I’ve been in the auto industry for 40 years I have worked at 3 different dealers including Mercedes. . This store exceeds the word perfect Johnathon as well as the sales manager made me fell like we have fr at 3 different dealers including Mercedes. . This store exceeds the word perfect Johnathon as well as the sales manager made me fell like we have friends for years. After not liking the truck I was there to see, they both took the time to find me the right truck right there on the lot. They also fit me into the exact price too. If I could leave more than five stars I would. I recommend this dearership if you’re looking for a new ride bar none. More
