Once we reached a verbal agreement, everything moved seamlessly. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, my wife’s Yukon was out front, fully detailed, and ready to go. Johnathan even met us at the door. While that may seem like a small detail, it made a huge impression—especially compared to another local dealership that knew we were coming but didn’t even prepare the vehicle or greet us.
