Once we reached a verbal agreement, everything moved seamlessly. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, my wife’s Yukon was out front, fully detailed, and ready to go. While that may seem like a small detail, it made a huge impression—especially compared to another local dealership that knew we were coming but didn’t even prepare the vehicle or greet us. My Experience in sales was excellent, sales team worked hard for a deal. GM has some issues to work out with transmission issues. Not making the issues a recall because thousands and thousands of GMC Canyo hard for a deal. GM has some issues to work out with transmission issues. Not making the issues a recall because thousands and thousands of GMC Canyon have Shudder/ torque converter/transmission/Active Fuel management issues. If they solved that issue they would have very happy customers and a bulletproof truck and would get more high ratings. Overall my experience was positive! More
