ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE First, I don't want to sound like the typical unsatisfied customer. So, I'll give the good first. Low milage, engine and transmission seems to be fine with good power. Drivability is the typical unsatisfied customer. So, I'll give the good first. Low milage, engine and transmission seems to be fine with good power. Drivability is what gives the two stars. The interior was in very good shape except passenger front seat was painted I guess with leather paint. Now let's talk about how I received the car. Yes, pictures were sent but angles of the pics did not show all of which I'm about to explain. And, keep in mind that I knew how to repair this vehicle and did the work so no labor cost. First, 3 tires were dry rotted so that was 450.00. On my first drive, I got a flat and a large nail was found. I put the donut tire on and it was flat. My bad. The bottom of all window trims were dry rotted to the point that when the window was put up, the dry rubber would fall out. I replaced them all. 75.00. The rear window tint was so degraded that I had to replace to see what was behind me, this I had to take to a tint shop because I didn't want to ruin the rear window defroster lines. 125.00. Both front wheel wells (plastic covers) were coming off and the driver's side was ripped where it was hitting the tire. I replaced. 150.00. The undercarriage engine splash shield was missing. 200.00 I replaced. I asked the salesperson (owner) does the vehicle has any scratches or dents-dings. His answer was that it's a 2010 and has minor dings. He however didn't mention it was minor hail damage. The rims of the tires were sun faded. I ordered Honda paint and painted them. 50.00. The inner rims showed that the car sat somewhere for a very long time so I had to clean. All engine clamps showed signs of rust and the transmission casing had oxidation. This alone tells me that this vehicle sat in one place for a long time. All brake rotors and one caliper had severe rust. Replaced one caliper and all rotors and new brake pads. 225.00 I did the work. The rear brake pads were not properly mounted and was causing a grinding noise. The separator spring was missing on both sides. Whoever did the restoration work on the paint did a not so professional job. I can see where the buffer scratched some areas. The hood was half compounded. In the sunlight, I can see the buffed area and the line where it stopped. So half the hood showed signs of baked in stains. The roof of the vehicle was repainted and I can see spots that was missed during the compounding. So, my take on this vehicle is that it sat in the sun in a moist area which caused the rust and the paint job they did. Finally, I asked about the stereo system and if any issues. Of course I got the it's good. Well, yes it works just fine except the two front speakers I found had cuts in the speaker cones. I knew something was wrong because of the sound when the volume was turned up. I went to the salvage yard and found two original speakers in great shape. 30.00. All Items mentioned I took pictures before the repairs were done. So this experience for me is to NEVER buy online without looking at the vehicle in person. This would have been a definite no sell if I would have taken the drive to look at it. I read the reviews and really thought I would have had a good deal. Milage and drivability was the main perk. So, if you had to take this vehicle to the shop for the work I performed, add another estimated 1,000.00. More
approved me for 8000 car but required 1500 down and 360 a month for 60 months for a 2013 Nissan rogue. Told them I had a cosigner with 720 score they still wanted 1500 down when I only had a 1000 to my name. month for 60 months for a 2013 Nissan rogue.
