Cool Jeeps - Bad Customer Support As an out of state buyer - the dealership has poor inventory controls. The jeep I put money down on was suddenly not available when making arrangemen As an out of state buyer - the dealership has poor inventory controls. The jeep I put money down on was suddenly not available when making arrangements for pick up. Yes - they found a suitable alternative in their inventory - but it was a xxxxty experience. Picking up the Jeep was also not a great experience. They are really slow at getting the paperwork done. Poor walk through on the new vehicle. It has been two and a half months and I am still on temporary plates. Non existent follow up from the dealer. My advise buy local and avoid Starwood Motors - especially if you are out of state. More
